Launched in 2008 to offer enthusiasts a Champagne of extreme purity, this is a cuvée made with the three classic Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier, which contribute to creating a blend of great harmony and balance. The Pure Extra Brut reveals an intense and brilliant golden yellow color with a very fine perlage, thanks to aging in the Maison's underground cellars located 33 meters below street level, where blending, bottling, second fermentation, and aging take place, in addition to hand-performed remuage. The bouquet offers floral notes, fragrant citrus aromas, hints of bread crust, and delicate spicy nuances, with elegant, subtle aromas and a very fresh, savory, and persistent finish.
