This 100% Sangiovese wine, ruby red, is produced in Montalcino from vineyards located between 200 and 450 meters above sea level, with hand-harvested grapes and rigorous grape selection. It is a wine of structure yet elegant at the same time, with a distinct personality and assured longevity. Vinification takes place in wooden vats with extended macerations and frequent pumping over in the air. The wine has been aged for 24 months in oak barrels.
