The Cupano Brunello di Montalcino is a wine with an intense ruby color with subtle garnet reflections. The vines are cultivated under organic farming practices and hand-harvested with extreme attention to grape selection. On the palate, it presents itself as an intense wine with good structure, featuring an elegant tannic texture and complex, harmonious aromas of violet, morello cherry, red currant, cherry, ripe fruit, and nuances of spices and aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub, leading to a long and persistent finish. Before bottling, which occurs without filtration, the wine ages for 36 months in French oak barrels.
